Eligibility
Is Genesis a good fit?
Housing starts at $750. There is no fixed timeline for length of stay.
Adults 55+ are preferred. Exceptions are considered on a case-by-case basis.
Have a verifiable and stable source of income sufficient to cover monthly housing costs.
Complete a housing application and participate in an intake interview.
Provide a valid government-issued photo ID.
Agree to comply with house rules, policies, and resident expectations.
Agree to maintain a drug-free and violence-free living environment.
Be able to perform activities of daily living independently or with outside support services.
Be medically stable and not require 24-hour nursing or skilled medical care.
If prescribed medications, be capable of self-administering them unless outside assistance has been arranged.

Who is eligible to apply?

Yes. Genesis offers shared and private room options based on availability and fit.
How long can someone stay?
Genesis does not list a fixed program length.

No. Residents must be medically stable and not require 24-hour nursing or skilled medical care.
